4.0.1 Druids

Many class talents, spells, and abilities have been overhauled, added, or removed.
All spell and ability tooltips will now display damage averages rather than minimum and maximum damage potential. This feature is on by default but can be changed via the Display settings under User Interface options.
The character levels at which classes gain new spells and abilities have changed.
Many item and class stats have been changed or removed.
Mastery rating has been added as a new stat which provides unique benefits for characters based on class and talent specialization.wow gold, cheap wow gold, alliance, horde Mastery rating does not currently exist on items in the game, however, Reforging can be used to add Mastery rating as a secondary stat to existing items.
Spells and abilities no longer have multiple ranks and now scale with character level.
Talent trees have been altered. All player talent specializations have been reset, allowing for free re-specialization.
Each specialization has been reduced to a 31-point talent tree.
Players will now get a total of 41 talent points to spend.
Players will be asked to choose a specialization at level 10. Doing so will result in the unlocking of a spell or ability unique to that specialization, as well as one or more passive bonuses. Once a talent specialization has been chosen, players may only place points in the primary tree until at least 31 points have been spent there.
A new Eclipse mechanic has been added for druids.

Balance
Total Eclipse (Mastery) - Instant. Total Eclipse : Increases the bonus damage from Eclipse by 12%. buy wow gold, leveling , levelsEach point of Mastery increases the bonus by an additional 1.5%. / Increases the bonus damage from Eclipse by 0%. Each point of Mastery increases the bonus by an additional 1.5%.
Moonfury - Arcane and Nature spell damage increased by 25%.
Increases the critical strike damage bonus of your Wrath, Moonfire, Starfire, Insect Swarm and Starfall spells by 100%.
Starsurge - 11% base mana, 40 yard range, 2 sec cast, 15 sec cooldown. You fuse the power of the moon and sun, launching a devastating blast of energy at the target. Causes 1272.16 to 1756.79 Spellstorm damage to the target and generates 15 Lunar or Solar energy, whichever is more beneficial to you.

Feral
Savage Defender (Mastery) - Instant. Increases the damage absorbed by your Savage Defense ability by 32%. Each point of Mastery increases the absorb by an additional 4%. / Increases the damage absorbed by your Savage Defense ability by 0%. Each point of Mastery increases the absorb by an additional 4%.
Mangle (Cat) - 35 Energy, 5 yard range, Instant. Mangle the target for 230% normal damage plus 726.156 and causes the target to take 30% additional damage from bleed effects for 1 min. Awards 1 combo point.
Mangle (Bear) - 15 Rage, 5 yard range, Instant, 6 sec cooldown. Mangle the target for 230% normal damage plus 667.161 and causes the target to take 30% additional damage from bleed effects for 1 min.
Aggression - Increases your attack power by 25%.
Feral Instinct - Reduces the chance enemies have to detect you while Prowling.
Vengeance - Each time you take damage while in Bear Form, you gain 5% of the damage taken as attack power, up to a maximum of 10% of your health.

Restoration
Symbiosis (Mastery) - Instant. Increases the potency of your healing spells by 10% on targets already affected by one of your heal over time spells. Each point of Mastery increases heal potency by an additional 1.25%. / Increases the potency of your healing spells by 0% on targets already affected by one of your heal over time spells. Each point of Mastery increases heal potency by an additional 1.25%.
Gift of Nature - Healing increased by 25%.
Meditation - Allows 50% of your mana regeneration from Spirit to continue while in combat.
Swiftmend - 10% base mana, 40 yard range, Instant, 15 sec cooldown. Consumes a Rejuvenation or Regrowth effect on a friendly target to instantly heal the target for 5229.

New Skills
Wild Mushroom - Level 85, 11% base mana, 40 yard range, 0.5 sec cast. Grow a magical Mushroom with 5 Health at the target location. After 6 sec, the Mushroom will become invisible. When detonated by the Druid, all Mushrooms will explode dealing 1300.06 to 1573 damage to all nearby enemies within 3 yards. Only 3 Mushrooms can be placed at one time. Use Wild Mushroom: Detonate to detonate all Mushrooms.
Detonate - Level 85, 40 yard range, Instant, 10 sec cooldown. Detonates all of your Wild Mushrooms, dealing 1300 to 1573 damage to all nearby targets within yards.
Stampeding Roar - Level 83, 30 Energy/15 Rage, Instant, 2 min cooldown. The druid roars, increasing all nearby friendly players movement speed within 10 yards by 40% for 6 sec. Thrash - Level 81, 25 Rage, 8 yard range, Instant, 6 sec cooldown. Deals [ 19% of AP + 304 ] damage, and causes all targets within 8 yards to bleed for [ 3% of AP + 189 ] damage over 6 sec.
Skull Bash - Level 22, 25 Energy/15 Rage, 13 yard range, Instant, 1 min cooldown. You charge and skull bash the target, interrupting spellcasting and preventing any spell in that school from being cast for 5 sec.
